Well Women’s Clinic
The Well Women’s Clinic operates each Thursday between 4.45 and 6pm at the Frances Hewett Community Centre.
There is a Nurse Pap Smear provider available for appointments from 2pm every Thursday. These services are aimed at young women and health care card holders. These are confidential services provided by a female GP and women’s health trained nurse.
Issues covered include pap smear screening, breast checks, contraception advice, sexually transmitted infection checks, menopause and other women’s issues. It is not a general GP clinic.
Appointments are preferred and can be made by calling the Frances Hewett Community Centre on 555 18450.
If you are unable to make an appointment then drop-ins are still welcome.
