COUNSELLING SERVICE

This service offers assistance to people who wish to discuss issues that affect their emotional & physical wellbeing, inclusive of lifestyle. Counselling provides the opportunity to discuss and work through options that may assist and improve the situation.

The service is offered to adults and children/adolescents from the age of ten years.

The service is staffed by three counsellors with enquiries directed to the Senior Counsellor.

LOCATION

The Counselling Service is based at the Frances Hewett Community Centre, 2 Roberts St, Hamilton, Victoria 3300.

Home Visits may be arranged in circumstances when the client is disabled, isolated or has difficulties in attending the Centre.

Monday to Friday-9.00am. to 5.30 pm.
In addition:- Thursday evenings 5.30 - 7.30 pm.

 

REFERRALS

Referrals are accepted by all accredited Health, Government & Community agencies, and self-referral is also accepted.

Population of Southern Grampians re Home Visiting
Outlying areas by negotiation (with other services eg Glenelg)
Any person from any other locality who travels to the Centre
