Staging of Works
Stage 1: Construction of new 7 bed wing and fully commissioned
Stage 2: Relocate the 3 residents in the old house section of Home 3 to the new 7 bed wing and construct new
kitchen, staff room, bed 13 and new store.
Stage 3: Relocate 4 residents from Home 3 to new 7 bed wing and renovate ensuites and bedrooms. Construct
staff base 3.
Stage 4: Relocate next 4 residents in Home 3 to newly renovated rooms and renovate ensuites and bedrooms.
Stage 5: Relocate final 4 residents in Home 3 to newly renovated rooms and renovate ensuites and bedrooms.
Stage 6: Upon completion and commissioning of Stage 2 complete the remaining works: CACPS Office and
Store, Activities Co-ordinator and Hairdresser, Staff Bases 2&3, Door to middle wing living/dining room, linen alcove and
lifting machine cupboard, cleaners’ sink in dirty utility.
Stage 7: Realignment of front driveway and new canopy to current service entry.
