We are seeking applications from a suitably qualified dietitian to join our dynamic Nutrition and Dietetics Department consisting of five dietitians. The department provides clinical, community, regional and aged care services to clients of the Western District Health Service and other regional health care providers. Duties will include supervision of Grade 1 Dietitians and facilitation of student placements, conducting outpatients sessions at Hamilton Base Hospital and provision of services to regional health care providers. The role also offers the diversity of input into Chronic Disease Management Programs and management of clients in the specialised area of bariatric surgery. Eligibility for the APD program is desirable. Salary and conditions are as in accordance with the relevant award. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory police check and a current driver’s licence.
